Today I bring you a showdown between two very different types of vitamins. On one side we have the Heavy ragetastic-break-everything-in-sight vitamins and in the opposite corner we have the Groovy get-down-and-bust-a-move vitamins. Lets start with the heavy and progress to the groovy.
Heavy Vitamins
When I think of ruski electro-rage artists, Proxy is the first name that comes to mind. Moreover, fellow MAKO Records artists, Polymorphic, is another name that comes to mind as well. If you’ve heard of Polymorhpic, awesome. Otherwise, buckle up and restrain yourself from destroying everything in sight as you ingest these vitamins.
- Proxy - Who Are You (Polymorphic Remix)
- Polymorphic - Robodance
- autoKratz - Speak In Silence (Polymorphic Remix)
- Beastie Boys - Intergalactic (Polymorphic Remix)
If you haven’t already smashed everything in sight and want to, we have just the mega-vitamin for you. Polymorphic just put out a monster mixtape vitamin, entitled ROBOF*CKIN*DANCE.

Man o man o man o man. Pance Party always brings the pain. Their newest track from their Let’s Get Invisible EP, which you can grab here, is mucho grosso.
Groovy Vitamins
Prepare to get your ass shake on, that is if your limbs are still in tact. Right about now I’d love to be sharing some uber-groovy Duck Sauce re-works, remixes, or tracks. However, they have yet to release anything other than their Greatest Hits EP (Hint Hint). But don’t you fret. I’ve got some great vitamins that will dissolve all your worries. First up, is a pretty amazing remix of the new Mark Ronson track Bang Bang Bang by disco heavy hitter Russ Chimes. Enjoy!
Next up, is a vacay legend and half of Duck Sauce. Not much more to say other than… Enjoy and Vacay on!
Australia, home to a lot of amazing music, DCUP being one of them. Here’s the latest insta-classic remix.
Los Angeles Natives, Kerry Wheeler & Alex Westmore, aka CAASINO, have done a great number on the Clyde Brown early 70s track Your Wish Is My Command.
Bonus Heavy + Groovy Vitamin
Here’s a great track from Barletta using the same sample as the unreleased Duck Sauce track Barbara Streisand. A perfect track to throw in any dubstep set to add some diversity to your mix (2 beats per measure and right around 70 bpms).

plz plz re-upload the mixtape
can you re-upload mixtape please? seems to be broken.

That Cali Gurls remix is bomb. I wish my life had a constant soundtrack produced by the D-Sauce.
