At 19 years old Louis La Roche is already well respected in the French House community. Growing up infatuated by the uplifting 80s beats, Brett Ewels one day got ahold of a Roland 909 and the rest of the equipment necessary to bring us some of the best French House has to offer. Having released “Love” in 2008 at the age of 17, LLR made a name for himself from the start and has graced us once again with the January release of his EP, Super Soaker.
The name Super Soaker is more than fitting. As a child I personally loved super soakers, and in the track “Super Soaker” I see much of myself in the young child begging for some candy now, as candy was once my greatest addiction. You can’t help but want to dance, or just run around and bounce off the walls like a seven year old on Halloween night.
