I’m a big fan of Dave Audé‘s remix of Filipina singer Charice‘s track Pyramid, it’s a top house track, and has taken the step from Soundcloud hit to being hosted on the iTunes store as well as other major retailers. The track has a great catchy piano tune and could be this summers biggest club tune, if it’s promoted enough.
Californian Dubstep producer NiT GriT is responsible for the most popular track on Soundcloud this year, with his version of Stellamara‘s Prituri Se Planinata, which is pretty heavy dubstep. With the genre spreading across the US like wildfire NiT GriT could become the leading US producer off the back of this crazy remix. The 24 year old has got as far as releasing his own album which is available for $9 on his Bandcamp.
While the first two tracks come from the Soundcloud charts, this comes from someone who I personally follow. Two Door Cinema Club‘s debut album Tourist History has been one of my favorite this year, and Undercover Martyn is one of it’s top tracks. Lethargik has produced a sick drum & bass remix. Although it’s a different genre, it reminds me of LightsoverLA‘s What You Know remix. Stick this on and jump around. It’s simple yet brilliant, and is another good summer track.
It was hard to limit myself to just three tracks, so I will be doing similar posts to this in the future. In the meantime I hope you like this diverse selection of tracks I’ve brought you, and keep your eyes firmly on these artists.
